Non-profits, In general

Non-profits come in many forms.  KNOW the requirements and expectations of each before committing to a specific one.   As an example:

First, a non-profit may not be IRS-approved.   It may have been formed, within a state, with the ‘box’ selected:  ‘non-profit’.   That does NOT make it an ‘approved’ non-profit nor offer any of the donor benefits donors often expect.    CLICK HERE to examine your non-profit.
